Anniversary Ham

A 24 pound ham trimmed of the aitch bone and cleaned up to 20.6 pounds. We packed it in salt and it’s now resting in the refrigerator for 15-20 days. We’ll check it every couple of days, drain any accumulating liquids and add more salt as needed before we hang it.
