Chicken Sausage

2 lb ground turkey
1 T salt
1 T sage
1/2 T red pepper flakes
1 t chili powder
1 t coriander
1 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground cloves
1 t brown sugar
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t thyme
1 t paprika
1/2 t garlic

Blend together and form into patties.
