Blueberry Muffins

4 beaten eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 T lemon juice
3/4 cup melted and cooled butter
2 t vanilla

3/4 cup white sugar
3 cups flour (mixed white and whole wheat)
1 t soda
2 t powder
1 t salt

Combine wet and dray ingredients – fold in  blueberries (1 – 2 cups)

bake 20 minutes at 350 – turn and bake for 25 additional minutes
