Crepes in the Blender

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Use 1/4 cup of batter per crepe in an eight inch skillet over medium heat.
